Financial Information

1. Travel expenses will be provided by the host. This include meals, gas, airfare, etc. to, during, and from the event. MW travels with anywhere between 8-12 people depending on the size and need for each event. Do you have the budget to accommodate at least 8 people's travel to your event? *

2. We request that lodging be provided for MW through the dates of the event, including if MW needs to come in the night before or stay over night on the last day due to event times. (3 hotel rooms preferred). Do you agree to provide lodging for MW? *

3. The host will be responsible for all meals for MW through the dates of the event. It is acceptable for MW to cover initial cost of meals and be reimbursed after the event. Do you agree to provide all meals for MW? *

4. An honorarium is anything given above the expenses of travel. While many worship teams have set honorariums, MW does not. We ask that our travel expenses and meals be covered, and the host provide an honorarium above that cost of their choosing. Do you agree to provide MW with an honorarium above the cost of travel and meals? *
